Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and accompanied by product tags and the original sales receipt. If approved, a refund can be applied to your original payment method or a Gerber’s gift card. Gerber’s cannot refund or exchange any “final sale” items, including but not limited to undergarments, clearance products, or items that have been embroidered, decorated, or modified in any way. Gerber’s cannot return or exchange items that have been visibly worn or damaged in any way.

If you experience a manufacturer’s defect in an item purchased at a Gerber’s location, you may bring the item back into the store for inspection. Most manufacturers have a 6-month warranty, but some exceptions apply. The return must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Because each manufacturer replaces defective items differently, Gerber’s may need to contact the manufacturer to determine whether or not the product will be covered by warranty. Manufacturer’s defects do not include wear and tear, minor flaws, deliberate damage, or misuse of any kind. If approved, returns can only be made in the form of a store credit. The warranty period applies from the original purchase date of the item and will not be extended if the product is replaced.

Gerber’s will not be held responsible for any accident that occurs due to a product purchased from this store. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to determine which safety products they use.

For online purchases, the customer is responsible to ship and return items to Gerber’s for a refund or exchange. Your return must include the original receipt that was packaged with your order.
